Shipping Policy

At Ayushdawakhana, we are committed to delivering your healthcare products safely and on time. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure your orders reach you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after successful order confirmation or payment verification.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In rare cases, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across most serviceable locations in India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines generally depend on your location and the courier network.

  • Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. However, deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time.

  • Delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS or email (where applicable) along with your tracking details.

You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier partner's tracking portal.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotional offers for free shipping will also be reflected at checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard delivery policy. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the ₹100 advance payment is subject to the terms outlined in our Payment Policy.
