Payment Policy

At Ayushdawakhana, we strive to provide a secure, transparent, and convenient payment experience for all our customers. Please read our payment policy before placing an order.

Accepted Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

  • Online Payments (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and other supported payment methods)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

All online transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways to ensure the safety of your payment information.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

To provide a reliable COD service while minimising fraudulent and unconfirmed orders, the following conditions apply:

  • Cash on Delivery is available only for orders with a minimum order value of ₹299.

  • A non-refundable advance payment of ₹100 is mandatory for all COD orders.

  • The remaining order amount is payable in cash (or any payment method accepted by the delivery partner) at the time of delivery.

  • Orders will be processed and dispatched only after the ₹100 advance payment has been successfully received.

The advance payment helps us verify genuine orders and reduce cancellations, allowing us to continue offering Cash on Delivery to our customers.

Online Payments

Customers choosing online payment can pay the full order amount during checkout using any of the available payment methods. Orders are confirmed once the payment has been successfully authorised.

Failed or Pending Transactions

If your payment is deducted but your order is not confirmed, the amount is generally reversed or refunded by your bank or payment provider according to their processing timelines. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our customer support team with your transaction details.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds for cancelled or eligible returned orders will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the mandatory ₹100 advance payment may not be refunded if the order is cancelled after dispatch, refused at delivery, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer information or customer unavailability. However, if Ayushdawakhana cancels the order due to product unavailability or any issue on our end before dispatch, the advance payment will be refunded in full.

Payment Security

Ayushdawakhana does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or online banking credentials. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateway partners.
